Welcome to Portland Square Park in Duluth, Minnesota. First established in 1853, this is one of Duluth's oldest parks. Come bring the kids to the playground and grill some meats at the picnic area.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at midnight.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles.

*All pets must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
