Welcome to Rydell National Wildlife Refuge located on NW Minnesota near Erskine. The Richard King Mellon Foundation generously donated this land to the Government in 1992 and Rydell National Wildlife Refuge was established.

Recreation: This NWR is one of the most easily accessible ones in the United States and has over 7 miles of multipurpose trails. With over 200 known species of birds it is also great for bird-watching.
