Welcome to Brandsvold Wildlife Management Area, an oasis of wetlands, brushlands, and forest located near Fosston, Minnesota. This piece of land was first purchased by the State of Minnesota in 1959 in order to protect valuable wetland habitat. This wildlife preserve is surrounded by private property and the only way one can enter is by getting permission from one of the landowners.
