Welcome to Upper Sioux Agency State Park located near Granite Falls Minnesota.

Park History: This park is the site of the former Yellow Medicine Agency which was destroyed in the U.S.-Dakota Conflict of 1862. This park was established to protect what is left of it.

Wildlife: This park helps protect wildlife habitat for bald eagles, hawks, vultures, catfish, carp, and many others. Please treat their home with respect.

For the lover of the outdoors this Upper Sioux Agency State Park boasts miles of multipurpose trails, a volleyball court, two picnic areas, and 34 campsites. 14 of the campsites have electrical hooks and a 60 foot length limit on RVs. Come on out and explore!
