Welcome to Phelps Lake State Wildlife Management Area in Montgomery, Minnesota. This preserve was purchase through the Outdoor Heritage Fund and has a diversity of habitats including forests, grasslands, and wetlands that are home to cottontails, deer, wild turkey and many others. The boat ramp gives people access to both Phelps Lake as well as Cody Lake. Come out and explore.
