Welcome to Roseau Lake State Wildlife Mangement Area in Roseau, Minnesota. Roseau Lake was drained in the early 20th century for agricultural purposes but during periods of heavy rain the Roseau River can occasionally refill sections of the lake. Motorized watercraft are allowed on the river but not on the lake.
