Welcome to Winds Park in Rosemount, Minnesota, a suburb of the Twin Cities. This park got it's name due to the fact that it's location near farmland (and thus a lack of trees) makes it a windy place. This park has a few youth ball fields, a basketball court, a playground, and a picnic area with grills.
