Highland Park
Welcome to Highland Park in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This park was first established in 1925. Come try your luck at the 18 hole national golf course, cool down at the aquatic cener with waterslides on hot summer days, come sledding or cross-country skiing on snowy winter days, or even play some disc-golf.

Saint Paul Minnesota Park Ordinances
*All parks open at dawn and close at 11:00 p.m.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; skating, swimming, motor vehicles, bicycles, picnic grilling, fishing, golfing, boating.
*The following are prohibited; tossing coins into fountains, defacing public property, littering, digging, glass objects.
*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
