Welcome to Burr Oak Woods Conservation Area in Blue Springs, Missouri in Jackson County. The State of Missouri first purchased this land in 1977 and built the nature center 5 years later in 1982. Come out and explore the trails and see the forests, limestone rock formations, and prairies.
