Minor Park
Welcome to Minor Park in Kansas City, Missouri. This park was first established in 1956 and was once part of a working farm owned by a woman named Marie Minor Sanborn who bequeathed the land to the city upon her passing in 1941 and requested that it be named for her father Dr. William E. Minor, a locally respected surgeon.
Picnicking: This park's picnic shelter has 8 tables, 1 grill, and a 64 person capacity. Come bring some meats to cook and bring friends and family.
