Welcome to Missouri's beautiful Thousand Hills State Park located on the shores of Forest Lake near Kirksville. The lake is the centerpiece of the park but the park also has some petroglyphs that are over 1,500 years in age.

Camping and Lodging: The campground at Thousand Hills State Park has both basic campsites as well as sites with electricity. For those who would prefer to sleep indoors there are also seven cabins that each have color TV and kitchens. Come out and stay a few nights.
