Maryland Heights Park Rules  

For your own safety and the safety of others the City of Maryland Heights has passed some laws regulating behavior in their parks.    

*The following are all prohibited, disturbing plants and animals, glass objects, weapons, littering.

*Removal of wood, even dead wood, is prohibited unless given special permission from park's director.  

*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all speed limits and traffic laws.  

*All fires are restricted to grills.  

*Overnight camping not allowed without director's permission.  

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than six feet) and waste removed.  

*Consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed in the city parks and the community center but not in the family center. All State of Missouri Liquor laws apply.  

*Smoking is allowed outdoors but is prohibited in all indoor facilities including the family aquatic center and community center.  

*The dog parks may only be used by people who have paid a membership fee and have shown proof of vaccinations.  

*Unless otherwise posted, all parks open at sunrise and close at sunset.
