Welcome to Monkey Mountain Conservation Area located on the banks of the Nodaway River in Oregon, Missouri in Holt County. The State of Missouri first purchased this land in 1978.

Fishing and Hunting: Many Anglers come to Monkey Mountain Conservation Area to catch catfish. Many Hunters come for deer, dove, rabbit, squirrel, and wild turkey.
