Welcome to the beautiful Montauk State Park located at the headwaters of the Current River near Salem, Missouri. Both Pigeon Creek and the park's springs send over 40 million gallons of water to the Current River daily. This park was first established in 1926 and has the distinction of being one of three "trout parks" managed by the State of Missouri.

Camping and Lodging: Montauk State Park's campground offers both electrical as well as primitive sites. For those who would rather sleep indoors there are also cabins and even a few motel rooms. Come out and stay a few nights.
