Grandfather Prairie Conservation Area

Welcome to Grandfather Prairie Conservation Area in Sedalia, Missouri. This nature preserve was first established in 1987 and the Audubon Society has declared this place an "Important Bird Area" making it a great place for bird-watching. Hunting is by archery only and many come looking for bear, deer, dove, quail, rabbit, and wild turkey.
