University City's Flynn Park was first established in 1923.

University City Park Rules

*The following are all prohibited; glass objects, golfing, firearms, littering, loud music.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.

*All motor vehicles must stay in parking lots or on designated roadways.

*Athletic fields and picnic facilities require permit for use.

*Park hours are from 5am until 10:30pm.

*Please respect all Missouri State Laws and City of University City Statutes.

Please treat these rules and the parks with respect. Come on out and have a blast!
