Welcome to Carrick W. Davidson/Robert G. Paris Wildlife Area in West Plains, Missouri. This place is named for the men from whom the State of Missouri purchased the land back in 1955. As of the time this description was written on December 30, 2021 most of this land was still grassland with about 70 acres that are wooded, but in time that could change. Many hunters come to this place for bear, deer, dove, quail, rabbit, squirrel, and wild turkey.
