Welcome to Elkhorn State Park located near Boulder, Montana. This small one acre State Park preserves some of the history of the old silver mining town of Elkhorn. When the price of silver went down in 1890, the town's population of 2,500 began to drop as residents began moving out. This park preserves two of the original structures from the town's mining days. Come on out and learn some history!
