Makoshika State Park
Welcome to the beautiful Makoshika State Park, the largest State Park in the State of Montana. In the Sioux language, Makoshita means bad earth or bad land. Makoshita State Park is part of the Montana Dinosaur Trail and scientists and visitors flock here to study the fossil remains of dinosaurs including the triceratops and tyrannosaurus rex. This park also boasts mile of hiking trails, a campground, and a disc golf course. Come on out and have a blast and learn some history!
