Welcome to Travelers Rest State Park located on the banks of Lolo Creek near Lolo, Montana.

Park History: Travelers' Rest State Park got it's name because it's the only place where archeologists are certain that members of the Lewis and Clark Expedition rested for a night. Before the arrival of white settlers this land was home to the Salish tribe for many years. Wildlife: Travelers' Rest State Park is home to over 115 bird species. Please treat their home with respect. Come on out and have fun.
