Welcome to George Poston Park in Gastonia, North Carolina on the banks of the South Fork of the Catawba River. This park boasts over 10 miles of multipurpose trails just waiting to be explored. The Piedmont Area Singletrack Alliance helps maintain the mountain bike trails. The ball fields are all lighted so people can play at night and the volleyball court is a sand court.
