Welcome to Boone's Cave Park located on the North Carolina birding trails in Davidson County, North Carolina on the banks of the Yadkin River. This beautiful park boasts a cave that is named after Daniel Boone because legend says that his family settled in this region in 1750 and that he used the cave as a hideout. Other than the history Boone's Cave Park also boasts hiking trails, a launch for carry-in watercraft, picnic areas, and more. This park also gives nome to dozens of species of wildflowers, oaks, pines, and animals such as foxes, white-tailed deer, red-tailed hawks, raccoons, and peregrine falcons. Come out and explore!
