Horatio Colony Nature Preserve

Keene, New Hampshire

Horatio Colony Nature Preserve is a beautiful natural park located outside of Keene, New Hampshire. The story of this preserve goes back to 1892 when a man named Horatio Colony I first purchased land that was an abandoned sheep pasture, built a small cabin on the land, and let the land return to a natural state. The cabin still stands to this day. Come out and explore 5 miles of trails.
