Bachelder Town Forest

Loudon, New Hampshire

Welcome to Bachelder Town Forest in Loudon, New Hampshire. This nature preserve was first established on December 31, 1991 when the land's previous owner Albert Bachelder generously donated the land to the Town of Loudon.

Hiking: The trails at Bachelder Town Forest consist of 2 loops, the White Loop and the Blue Loop. The White Loop is an easy 1.2 mile hike that goes by a marsh and a beaver pond. The Blue Loop is a little more of a work out (but a scenic one) going up and down hills and is 1.55 miles long. Come out and explore.
