Pulaski Park
Welcome to Pulaski Park in Manchester, New Hampshire. This park, like many others around the United States, is named for Casimir Pulaski, a Polishman who fought in the American Revolutionary War aside General (and eventually President) George Washington. Washington once said of the man "General Pulaski was an invaluable resource to me during the War. I doubt we could have won it without him." The Works Progress Administration, operating under President FDR's New Deal, helped to created this excellent city park.
