This piece of land was generously donated to the City of Portsmouth by lifelong resident Josie Prescott who wished for the land to become a public park. Today, a piece of land that was once in the heart of a run down industrial district is now lush with over 10 acres of beautiful flowers, walking trails, and much more. Come on out and explore.
