Cape May Point State Park
Welcome to New Jersey's scenic Cape May Point State Park. Perhaps the park's most unique feature is it's 157 foot tall historic lighthouse that dates back to 1859. Having once been a WWII military base the lighthouse is not the park's only historic structure. Over 150 acres of the park are still in a state of nature with trails just waiting to be explored. Many fisherman come here to do some surf-fishing where they may catch bluefish, flounder, striped bass, tautug, and weakfish. Come out and watch some migratory birds in the fall.
