Clayton Lake State Park
Welcome to Clayton Lake State Park nestled amongst the rolling New Mexican grasslands! Clayton Lake is a popular destination for fisherman and the catch includes trout, catfish, and bass. The park also boasts dinosaur footprints that date back over 100 million years. Visitors may catch a glimpse of a migrating flock of Canadian Geese or of our national bird the Bald Eagle.
