Welcome to City Line Park in Brooklyn, New York. This park was once the site of the Ridgewood Pumping Station which was built to serve the rapidly growing local population in the late 19th century. Eventually the city starting to get water from reservoirs in the Catskill Mountains and the Pumping Station was no longer needed. It became a city park in 1949. Come out and hit some homers, shoot some baskets, and have fun.
