Houston Playground

Brooklyn, New York

Welcome to Houston Playground in Brooklyn, New York. This park was named for Civil Rights Leader Charles Hamilton Houston who fought many hard battles against segregation. Houston attended college at Amherst, University of Maryland, and Harvard Law School. He was a practicing attorney and very active member in his community. Come out and play some handball, shoot some baskets, cool down at the sprayground on a hot summer day, and have fun.
