Saratoga Park
Brooklyn, New York
Saratoga Park is one of the larger urban playgrounds in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn. The park as well as the nearby street are both named for the Battle of Saratoga, New York, a place where the Continental Army suffered a loss to the British Army at the hands of Colonel Burgoyne. Of course though the American Army lost the battle, they ultimately did win the war.
