Welcome to Cow Meadow Park located in Freeport, New York. This park was first established in 1970 and part of it is still in a natural salt marsh wetland state that protects the habitat of over 150 different species of birds thus making it a fantastic birding destination. All of the athletic facilities are lighted so people can play at night. The picnic area has grills so bring some meats for cooking.
