Welcome to the beautiful South Mountain Park located in Garnerville, New York. Rockland County first purchased this land in the mid 1970's with the assistance of the Land and Water Conservation Fund. This park is a diverse forest habitat that protects the home of foxes, Great-Horned owls, white-tailed deer, porcupines, and many others.
