Welcome to V.E. Macy Park located in Irvington, New York in central Westchester County. This park was first established in 1926 as Woodlands Park but was eventually renamed for a man named V.E. Macy. Macy served as the first commissioner of Public Welfare and eventually as chairman of the County Parks commission. Macy comes from the same wealthy family who founded Macy's Department Stores. Today this park boasts playgrounds, picnic shelters, trails, and more. Come out and explore!
