Long Beach New York Park Ordinances

*Unless ottherwise posted all parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; animals, defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, removing more than 5 pounds of sand from any beach, soliciting.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; baseball, basketball, bicycling, fires, fishing, golfing, motor vehicles, skating (which is prohibited on the boardwalk), swimming (only at Ocean Beach Park).

*All persons ages 6 and up must use the restroom of their designated sex.

Please respect these rules, the parks, and all local, State of New York, and United States statutes.
