John V. Lindsay East River Park
Welcome to New York City's John V. Lindsay East River Park located in Manhattan's lower east side. This park was first established in the 1930's but was renamed in 2001 in honor of New York City's 101st mayor John V. Lindsay who helped to lead the city through some hard times. The picnic area has grills so bring some meats for cooking.
