Welcome to New York City's Walter White Playground located in Central Manhattan not too far from Central Park. This park is named for Civil Rights activisit Walter White who was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1893. White eventually became executive secretary of the NAACP. The park was first established in 1936 and renamed in 1989.
