Prall Playground

Welcome to New York City's Prall Playground located on Staten Island. This park is named after Anning Smith Hall who was born in the region in 1870 and grew up to became a Congressman for his district before working for the Federal Communications Commission under President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. The park first opened in April of 1972.
