Skyline Playground

Welcome to New York City's Skyline Playground located on Staten Island. This urban park was first established in 1938 and got it's name due to the fact that it has a marvelous view of the Manhattan Skyline on clear days. Come out and play a round of tennis and bring the kids to the playground.

New York City Park Ordinances

*Unless otherwise posted all parks close at 1:00 a.m. and open at 6:00 a.m.

*The following are prohibited; childless adults in the playground areas, defacing public property, fighting, gambling, glass objects, harming wildlife, littering, sexual activity, weapons.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; alcoholic beverages, bicycles, fires, fishing, horseback riding, motor vehicles, swimming.

*The following require special permits; camping, sales.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
