Buttermilk Falls Park
Welcome to Buttermilk Falls Park located in West Nyack, New York. Before this land became a park it was a place visited many times by President Theodore Roosevelt while riding horseback. Rockland County first purchased this land in 1975 and today this park boasts a hiking trail and protects the habitat of chipmunks, white-tailed deer, skunks, garter snakes, copperheads, red-tailed hawks, and others. Come on out and explore!
