Welcome to Southaven County Park located out on Long Island on the banks of the Carmans River in Yaphank, New York. This park has many miles of multipurpose trails, both aquatic and terrestrial just waiting to be explored. Some of the park's campgrounds can accomodate up to 1,000 people. Paddlers are welcome to bring their own canoes or kayaks or they can rent a rowboat at the park office.
