Welcome to Sprain Ridge Park located just off of Interstate 87 in Yonkers, New York. Nobody knows exactly how Sprain Ridge got it's name but there are many legends behind it. There are miles of multipurpose trails just waiting to be explored. This park was first established in 1965.
