Welcome to Burton Wetlands Nature Preserve located in Burton, Ohio. The Geauga Park District purchased these parcels of land in the 1980's and in the late 1990's it was designated as Ohio State Nature Preserve. It is a great place for wildlife viewing where one may see ospreys, spotted turtles, swans, raccoons, and white-tailed deer.
