Beaver Creek State Park
Welcome to the beautiful Beaver Creek State Park located in the Appalachian foothills of eastern Ohio. This park has a human history that dates back over 10,000 years when members of the Fluted Point Culture inhabited the region. The first Europeans arrived in the region in the late 18th century. The remains of an old 19th century Canal known as the Sandy-Beaver Canal can be found inside the park today.
Some of the park's resident wildlife include white-tailed deer, skunks, raccoons, and even black bears. Please treat their home with respect when visiting.
The picnic area has grills so bring some meats for cooking. To contact the park office please call 330-385-3091.
