Arcola Creek Park

Madison, Ohio

Welcome to Arcola Creek Park located where Arcola Creek runs into Lake Erie. This piece of land was once the site of the town of Ellensburg, which once thrived on fishermen, iron-makers, and ship builders. In fact, the Arcola Iron Works was once Ohio's largest industry. Today this park helps protect one of Ohio's last natural estuaries and wildlife habitat for migratory birds, trouts, raccoons, turtles, and others. Please treat their home with respect. For the lover of the outdoors Arcola Creek Park boasts access to Lake Erie, fishing opportunities, and much more. Come on out and have fun.
