Welcome to Veteran's Park in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This park honors all of those who have served in the United States military and also has a statue of the first Native-American to win the Congressional Medal of Honor during World War II, Ernest Childers, who was himself from Broken Arrow. Childers passed away in 2003 and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
