Oswald West State Park

Welcome to Oregon's beautiful Oswald West State Park located in a dense temperate rainforest along the coast about 2 hours away from Portland. This is one of the state's top recreation area and is very popular with surfers and hikers. Some of the rainforest plants include red cedars, salmonberries, and ferns. The state aquired the land in stages between 1931 and 1976.
