Washburne Park

Welcome to Washburne Park in Eugene, Oregon. The park's previous owners Carl and Narcisssa Washburne left this land to the City of Eugene upon their will in 1961.

Eugene Oregon Park Rules

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages, defacing public property, glass objects, harming of wildlife, littering, smoking, weapons.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, golfing, motor vehicles.

*The following require special permits; amplified sound, metal detectors, sales.

*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.

*No more than one person is allowed to occupy a restroom stall unless assisting a disabled person or a child 8 years of age or younger.
