Welcome to Aspen Highlands Park in Gresham, Oregon. Sections of this park are located on the campus of Highland Elementary School so please use those sections only when school is not in session.

Gresham Oregon Park Ordinances

*All parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m. from April 1-September 30 and open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m. from October 1-March 31.

*The following are prohibited; amplified sound, camping, defacing public property, littering,

*The following are only allowed in designated areas, fishing, motor vehicles, fires, golfing, archery, remote control vehicles.

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.
