Welcome to Columbia Park and Annex in Portland, Oregon. This park was first established in 1891 and was at the time owned by the City of Albina, which eventually became part of the City of Portland. Columbia Park's playground, picnic area, and restrooms are all handicapped accessible and the tennis courts have lights so people can play in the evening.

*All parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at midnight.

*The following are prohibited; littering, defacing public property, illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, weapons, fireworks.

*The following require special permits; sales.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas, fishing, motor vehicles, fires, golfing, archery, remote control vehicles.

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.
